Re-selling
Amazon, eBay, and other third-party selling platforms may restrict retailers from selling certain items due to merchants holding exclusive rights to specific brands and products (i.e., brand registry, transparency codes, and other programs) as well as minimum selling price restrictions. If the goods have been purchased from Aurora Cosmetics Wholesale Ltd with the intent of selling on Amazon or other online platforms, before placing an order with us, the customer is liable for reviewing the associated policies and contacting the platform directly for additional information. Aurora Cosmetics Wholesale Ltd cannot be held responsible for any returns or losses incurred once the order has been processed and delivered to the customer’s address. 
We are not liable for refusal or a non-compliant policy violation from any online selling platform. The return policy in this scenario is entirely at the discretion of Aurora CosmeticsWholesale Ltd, and the customer is liable to pay the return postage charges. No returned goods will be accepted without prior agreement with Aurora Cosmetics wholesale Ltd. 
All returned goods will also be subject to a 20% restocking fees to cover the order processing expenses and admin charges.

Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) state a customer has the right to 'cancel' the contract at any time up to '7 working days starting the day after delivery. The goods must be returned unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally despatched from Aurora Cosmetics Wholesale Ltd.

We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was despatched by us.

 The original shipping and handling cost for the order is NON-refundable!

Sale, clearance or end of line items, cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason other than fault with the product, as the item has been reduced in price to clear.

You must contact us by phone to confirm which items are being returned and obtain a return code. You will then be requested to return the goods by 1st class post (we recommend you get Proof of Posting) and you will be required to pay the cost of returning the goods.
No refund will be given for returned postage costs.
Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned at the same time.
Please return all items stated to the address on your invoice along with a note of your details and the reason for return.

Confirmation of returned goods will be sent and the refund will be processed within 14 working days.

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights

It is always helpful to know why you have changed your mind and cancelled an order.

Cancellation of Orders

Orders can be cancelled prior to the dispatch of your order by notifying us as soon as possible. We will not refund any transaction/bank charges incurred by us processing a refund. We will not refund any charges incurred by you to process the original payment to us. An order cannot be cancelled after goods are dispatched.
