Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) state a customer has the right to 'cancel' the contract at any time up to '7 working days starting the day after delivery. The goods must be returned unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally despatched from Aurora Cosmetics Wholesale Ltd. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was despatched by us.
The original shipping and handling cost for the order is NON-refundable!
Sale, clearance or end of line items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason other than fault with the product, as the item has been reduced in price to clear.
You must contact us by phone to confirm which items are being returned and obtain a return code. You will then be requested to return the goods by 1st class post (we recommend you get Proof of Posting) and you will be required to pay the cost of returning the goods.
No refund will be given for returned postage costs.
Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned at the same time.
Please return all items stated to the address on your invoice along with a note of your details and the reason for return.
Confirmation of returned goods will be sent and the refund will be processed within 14 working days.

Cancellation of Orders
Orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch of your order by notifying us as soon as possible. We will not refund any transaction/bank charges incurred by us processing a refund. We will not refund any charges incurred by you to process the original payment to us. An order cannot be cancelled after goods are dispatched.
